Handling the hood
There is a multi-position switch on the hood to
control the speed settings. For the best perfor-
mance against heavy steams and odours, we
recommend the high speed setting. The motor
operates after the slider set is opened and stops
when closed (this is optional).
The operation of the product should be initiated
just a couple of minutes before starting the coo-
king process and kept in operation until all odour
and steam are removed from the environment.
