3. Maintenance

Check:

The belt tension

Regularly check belt tension.
The conveyor belts stretch during their first hours
of use.

Checking the central belt tension

- Measure distance (L):
If measure L is comprised between 1204 and 1208 mm
(3'11.40'' - 3'11.56''):
• The conveyor is tensioned.
If measure L is below 1204 mm (3'11.40''):
• The conveyor belt is slack.
Factory supplied L = 1202 mm (3'11.32'').

Check tension of the side conveyor belts

- Measure distance (L):
If measure L is comprised between 1505 and 1510 mm
(4'11.25'' - 4'11.45''):
• The conveyor is tensioned.
If measure L is below 1505 mm (4'11.25''):
• The conveyor belt is slack.
Factory supplied L= 1502 mm (4'11.13'')
