A vibrating sound in the Ambe flat panel fireplace model BEF-50I when switched on could be caused by a loose flame rod due to rough transit or handling. The rod may be out of place and can be corrected by removing the glass, flipping the fireplace upside down, removing screws holding the bottom frame plate, and placing the flame rod back into position.
