Garantie de la marchandise (suite)
La seule obligation d'A&D Boivin design Inc. En
vertu de cette garantie se limite à la réparation,
au remplacement ou à l'allocation d'un crédit au
Client, au choix d'A&D Boivin design Inc., à la
condition toutefois :
a) qu'un avis écrit de tout défaut avec preuve
satisfaisante à l'appui soit donné à A&D Boivin
design Inc. Dans un délai de 10 jours après
l'occurrence dudit défaut ;
b) que
la
marchandise
marchandise soit retournée à A&D Boivin
design Inc., frais de transport payés à l'avance,
et soit trouvée défectueuse par A&D Boivin
design Inc. Les coûts du transport de retour au
Client seront également à la charge du Client.
Toute pièce qui a été réparée ou expédiée par
A&D Boivin design Inc. pour remplacer une
pièce défectueuse est garantie seulement pour
le temps non écoulé de la période de garantie
de la marchandise dans son ensemble, tel
stipulé ci haut.
Sauf stipulation expresse e t par écrit à l'effet
contraire, la présente garantie ne constitue pas
une garantie sur le rendement ou la production,
La marchandise n'est sujette à aucune autre
garantie que celle expressément décrite ci haut.
Le client s'engage à ne pas modifier ni altérer
de quelque façon la marchandise vendue et ses
accessoires, auquel cas, la présente garantie
deviendra nulle et sans effet.
PROPRIÉTÉ INTELLECTUELLE
Le concept de la suspension composite ZX2
est la propriété d'A&D Boivin design Inc. (brevet
6 234 264). Toute reproduction, partielle ou en
partie, de la suspension composite ZX2 et/ou
de son principe de fonctionnement est passible
d'un recours légal du concepteur. Ce produit
est en instance de brevet.

regarding this guarantee is limited to the repair,
replacement or the emission of a credit to the
Client, choice of A&D Boivin design inc.; in
condition:
a) a written notice of all defects with satisfying
proof of these defec ts be given to A&D Boivin
design inc., in a delay of 10 days after the
discover of these defects
b) that
the
merchandise

inc., transport prepaid, and be found defective
by A&D Boivin design inc. The transport
charges for returning the merchandise to the
Client will also be the responsibility of the
Client.
All parts that have been repaired or shipped to
replace a defective part is guarantees only
during the time the guaranteed has not expired
as per stipulated in the above paragraph.
The
guarantee
does
productivity or the production of the product
without otherwise mention. The merchandise is
not guaranteed other than is stipulated in the
above paragraphs.
The client is obligated to not modify or alter the
product and its accessories in any way and if
so, the guarantee becomes void.
DESIGN PROPERTY
The
ZX2
composite
intellectual property of A&D Boivin design inc.
(us patent 6 234 263). Any copy or reprod uction
of this product (or the use of the principle) is
subject to legal action from the designer. This
product is protected by patents.
