The power connector on the UP1500 is an ATX Standard 10 x 2 (20-pin)
connector.
The Alpha 21264B Processor is cooled by one 80 mm fan blowing air directly
into the chip's heat sink. The UP1500 is designed to run efficiently using only this
fan. Additional fans may be necessary depending upon cabinets and requirements
of plug-in cards.
The UP1500 is specified to run within the environment listed in Table 3-3.
