Installing the Doorbell - Replacing a Digital Doorbell
If you have a digital doorbell (looks similar to image at the
right), which usually plays a short musical tune, then do the
following:
IMPORTANT:
Please set up the doorbell first before mounting and stay in close range with the doorbell during setup.
Turn off power to the doorbell. Remove

the existing doorbell and disconnect the
two wires.
Connect the two wires as shown.

Install the digital adapter using the included

sticker to the door chime box as shown and
then go to step 4 on page 10. Make sure
Digital is selected in the Doorchime setting,
see page 35.
