Throttle in "CHOKE" position.
Build-up of grass, leaves and
trash under mower.
4 Dirty air filter,
5 Low oil level/dirty oil.
6 Faulty spark plug.
7 Dirty fuel filter.
8 i Stale or dirty fuel.
9 Water in fuel.
10 Spark plug wire loose.
CORRECTION
Recharge or replace battery.
C_ean battery terminals,
Check all wiring.
Check/replace solenoid or starter.
Dirty engine air screerCfins. 11
Dirty/clogged muffler. 12
Loose or damaged wiring. 13
Engine valves out of adjustment, 14
1 Worn, bent or loose blade.
2 Bent blade mandrel.
3 Loose/damaged part(s). 3

1 Raise cutting height/reduce
speed.
2 Adjust throttle control,
.3 Clean underside of mower
housing,
4 Clean!replace air filter.
5 Check oil levellchange oil,
6 ! Clean and regap or change spark
plug.
7 Replace fuel filter,
8 Empty fuel tank and refill tank with
fresh, cIean gasoline.
9 Empty fuel tank and carburetor,
refill tank with fresh gasoline and
replace fuel filter.
10 Connect end tighten spark plug
wire.
Clean engine air screen/fins.
Clean/replace muffler.
Check all wiring.
Contact a Sears or other qualified
service center,
1 Replace blade. T{ghten blade bolt,
2 Contact a Sears or other
qualified service center.
Tighten loose part(s).
Replace damaged parts.
Check wiring, switches and
connections. If not corrected,
contact a Sears or ether qualified
service center,
