Cleaning the Lid Assembly (DAILY)
Completely drain the server.
Rotate handle back to
release the lid lock.
Cleaning the Faucet and Sight Tube (DAILY)

tube and bottom seal.
Rinse all parts with water. Transfer the sight gauge and faucet parts in a food service pan to a sink with sanitizer
solution to prevent loss of small parts. Allow parts to soak for 60 seconds. Remove the faucet parts from the sanitizing
solution, and allow to properly air-dry. Wash hands and put on single use gloves prior to re-assembling faucet.

NOTE:
Bunn-O-Matic recommends
the three step method for cleaning and
sanitizing the server. The 3 step method
consists of hot soapy water using an
mild, non-citrus detergent, a fresh water
rinse and an aqueous sanitizing solution.
A Chlorinated product that is no higher
than 100ppm or Quaternary Sanitizer
at 150-400ppm can be used and not
violate the warranty. Failure to follow
the recommended cleaning procedures
can cause corrosion to the stainless steel
surface and damage the vacuum seal.
DO NOT SUBMERGE THE SERVER.
