Overview
The Solecis AVB-DA-RGBHV-ST-0102 1x2 RGBHV HD-15, Stereo Distribution
Amplifier (FG1340-1101-02) is a high resolution wideband PC Splitter with
exceptional characteristics and features second to none. With an RGB video
bandwidth in excess of 350Mhz (-3dB) the AVB-DA-RGBHV-ST-0102 is the
perfect choice for all presentation applications.
The buffered input provides for a local monitor loop through and main output for
onward connection to monitors, projectors and plasma displays. The main output
features 75 ohm drive for connection to long cable runs and TTL Sync restore for
total compatibility.
The AVB-DA-RGBHV-ST-0102 is capable of providing either balanced or
unbalanced audio outputs.

Please read these instructions before using your AMX Solecis device. Failure to

Liquid Spills
Do not set drinks on top of the unit or immerse the unit in liquid.
Do Not Disassemble
This device contains no user serviceable parts. All servicing must be performed by a
qualified service technician.
For Safety Reasons
Do not place the unit on an unstable surface.
Do not use near water or sources of heat.
Use only recommended attachments.
Use the type of power supply as specified.
Unplug the power to the unit and refer servicing to qualified personnel under the
following conditions:
If liquid has been spilled or the unit has been exposed to rain or water.
If it does not operate normally when the operating instructions are followed or if it
exhibits a distinct change in performance indicating a need for service.
If the unit has been dropped or the cabinet damaged.
Connections
Connect the RGBHV and Audio sources to the Input sockets on the front panel
of the unit.
• The RGB inputs are 75 ohm terminated and the audio input 47Kohm termi-
nated. The video outputs are fully 75 ohm driven and the audio balanced.
• For unbalanced systems use the + and Gnd terminals.
Note: It is imperative that the input sources are fully compatible with the display
and sound devices.
The unit may now be powered.
Power / Video Indication ("Active" LED)
• When the unit is powered without the RGBHV input connected, the Active
indicator will be Red.
• When a signal source is applied, the indicator will turn Green.
