PRODUCT FEATURES Removes up to 30/45/70 pints (depending on model) of moisture from the air every 24 hours. This is not the bucket size. Digital and adjustable humidistat displays set humidity level and current ambient humidity level for precise humidity control. Mirage Display shows the ambient humidity level on the front of the dehumidifier to be seen from across the room. -

CASTER INSTALLATION Caster Installation is only required for the 30 and 45 pint models. (The 70 Pint model includes pre-installed casters.) To install casters on the 30 or 45 pint model, remove the bucket from the dehumidifier . (Fig. 1) Remove and open the box containing the casters from inside the bucket. - Page 7 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Dehumidifier must be upright for 24 hours prior to operating. This ensures that the compressor will function as intended. CONTROL PANEL OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1) When first operating the dehumidifier, run it in Continuous mode for 24 hours. 2) Power On and Off - Press the POWER button once to manually turn the unit on. Press the POWER button once more to turn the unit off.
- Page 8 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 9) Bucket Full - When the water bucket completely fills with water, the unit will automatically shut off, make an audible beep, and the Bucket Full Indicator will light up. The dehumidifier will not function until the wa- ter bucket is emptied and placed back inside the unit.

CHOOSING A LOCATION This portable dehumidifier is designed for use in a single room and will have little or no effect on removing moisture from an adjacent space, such as a closet or hallway, unless there is adequate air circulation in and out of that area. -
Page 10: Continuous Drainage
CONTINUOUS DRAINAGE Garden Hose Installation Setup Water can be automatically emptied by attaching a garden hose to the continuous drainage port on the back of the dehumidifier. This will allow the unit to run continuously (depending on the selected humidity level) with- out having to empty the water bucket. -

MAINTENANCE Note: Make sure power is off and the power cord is not plugged into an elec- trical outlet prior to performing any maintenance on the unit. Clean or Replace Filter - The Clean Filter indicator will illuminate every 250 hours of operation as a reminder to clean the filter. -

TROUBLESHOOTING Problem Possible Causes Solutions Dehumidifier does not start The dehumidifier is unplugged. Make sure the dehumidifier’s plug is pushed completely into the outlet. The fuse is blown / circuit break- Check the house fuse / circuit breaker box and replace fuse or er is tripped. - Page 13 TROUBLESHOOTING Problem Possible Causes Solutions Water on the floor Hose connection may be loose. Five Year Compressor Limited Warranty Soleus N.A warrants the accompanying Soleus Air Dehumidifier to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the applications specified in its operation instruction for a period of THREE (3) years for components and FIVE (5) years for the compressor from the date of original retail purchase in the United States.
