Questions and answers
I have the Soleusair Model SG-DEH-45-1a portable Dehumidifier. I installed a drain hose onto the unit as the instructions stated but water still fills the container and stops running. Should there be a plug or something to stop the water from draining into the container instead of the hose?
My unit comes on, but then goes right back off after approximately 2-3 minutes. Bucket is empty. Filter is clean.
