Vibration and movement have a negat-
ive effect on the maturing process
which can affect the taste of the wine.
To avoid disturbing other bottles when
removing a bottle of wine, store bottles
of the same type beside each other on
the same shelf. Avoid stacking bottles
on top of one another on the wooden
shelves.
Always place the bottles lying down so
that the corks can be kept moist on the
inside and air is prevented from getting
into the bottles.
Danger of injury.
Take care that wine bottles do not fall
out of the appliance when you pull
out a wooden shelf. Wine bottles
could also become wedged in the
shelf above.
