a Reception indication; the number of vertical
lines next to the antenna symbol will indicate
the power of the signal received: the more lines,
the better the reception If no line is shown, the
transmitter is switched off or set to a different
frequency
b Key symbol; will be indicated when the lock func-
tion is activated
c Battery status indication:
fully charged
d Operating mode indication:
MONO: both channels can be received in both
earphones; the balance control (19)
will define the mixing ratio of the two
signals

"L" and right "R" inputs; the more powerful the
signal, the more segments the corresponding bar
graph will show When "PEAK" is displayed on
the right of a bar graph, the corresponding chan-
nel is overload ed: Reduce the input level with the
VOLUME control (6) accordingly or switch on the
input attenuation (
