Note :
The balance control knob is used to
balance t he playback leve ls of both
track s (1 and 2) by ad justi ng as follows :
Th e balance control is normally set in
th e middle position. If track 1 is high er
than track 2, turn the knob clockwise
until both tracks are balanced.
1. Wh ether pl ay ing both tracks or eith er track 1 or 2, begin with the
balance contro l in the midd le. (On ly one track will pl ay i f th e ba la nc e
co ntrol is turned all th e way in one direct ion.)
2. Ba lanc e co nt rol cannot be used to set recording leve l.
