Fast searching (audible)

To fast search backwards or forwards,
u
press and hold down the
4 until fast searching backwards/for-
wards begins.
Repeating individual tracks or
whole CDs (REPEAT)
To repeat the current track,
u press the 4 RPT button 9 once or sever-
al times until "RPT TRACK" is displayed.
The display shows the REPEAT symbol.
To repeat the current CD,
u press the 4 RPT button 9 once or sev-
eral times until "RPT DISC" is displayed.
The display shows the REPEAT symbol.
Cancelling Repeat
To stop the current track or current CD from
being repeated,
u press the 4 RPT button 9 once or sev-
eral times until "RPT OFF" is displayed.
The REPEAT symbol disappears from the
display.

Random track play (MIX)

To play the tracks on the current CD in ran-
dom order,
u press the 5 MIX button 9 once or sev-
eral times until "MIX CD" is displayed.
The display shows the MIX symbol.
To play the tracks on all inserted CDs in
random order,
u press the 5 MIX button 9 once or sev-
eral times until "MIX ALL" is displayed.
The display shows the MIX symbol.
Cancelling MIX
u Press the 5 MIX button 9 once or sev-
eral times until "MIX OFF" is displayed.

The MIX symbol disappears from the dis-
play.
Scanning all tracks on all CDs
(SCAN)
To scan all the tracks of all inserted CDs in
ascending order for approx. 10 seconds
each,
u
press and hold down the MENU•OK
button 5 for longer than 2 seconds.
The next track will then be scanned. "SCAN"
and the current track number are shown on
the display.
Stopping Scan
To stop scanning,
u
briefl y press the MENU•OK button

The currently played track will then contin-
ue to be played normally.

Interrupting playback (PAUSE)

u
Press the 3
"PAUSE" appears on the display.
Cancelling pause
u
During the pause, press the button 3
Playback is continued.

Displaying the time

To show or hide the time,
u press the DIS button :.
