ASSEMBLING
(5) Assemble Impeller and Volute to Pump frame as drawn in Fig. 9.

1. Mount Impeller to the drive shaft of the Engine
by turning it clockwise until it is seated on.
2. Assemble Volute to Pump frame while fitting its projections to the accepting ribs
on Pump frame. Then put Packing to the Volute.

(6) Assemble Pump casing and Handle to Pump body (rear) as drawn in Fig. 10.

with M8x35 Hex bolt, Flat washer, Wave washer
and
M8 Hex nuts.

2. Tighten M8x35 Hex bolt and M8 Hex nut
to 13 N.m fastening torque.
