ASSEMBLY
Your snow blower will require some assembly. Please complete the following steps
before using the snow blower.
WARNING: This snow blower is heavy. Assembly procedures may require lifting
equipment or the help of another person.
INSTALLING UPPER HANDLE
1) Install upper handle assembly (A) Fig.1 to the lower support (B) using 4 T-bolts,
curved washers and lock knobs (C).
IMPORTANT! Before securing upper handle, make sure ALL cables are
underneath the frame (upper & lower) Handles after installation.
INSTALLING DISCHARGE CHUTE ASSEMBLY
1) Insert the discharge chute support shaft (A) Fig.2 into the lower support (B).
2) Make sure the discharge chute is positioned correctly.
3) Secure the discharge chute support shaft to the lower support using hex. bolts
and nylon hex. nuts (C).
INSTALLING DISCHARGE CHUTE CONTROL HANDLE & CABLE CLIP
1) Slide chute handle shaft (A) Fig.3 through the chute handle guide (B) as shown.
2) Slide chute handle shaft (A) Fig.4 into the gear connection (B). Line up the
mounting holes and secure chute handle shaft with cotter pin (C) as shown.
3) To prevent any type of cable interference, it is recommended to install the
discharge chute cable clip (D) Fig.4 as shown.
