Temperature Scale

The PRO 4000 is shipped with the Fahrenheit temperature scale
To switch to Celsius
1. Make sure the thermometer is turned off
2. Press and hold the mem button. After approximately 3 seconds, the display
will show: °F/SET/°C/SET...
3. Release the mem button when °C is shown.
4. A short beep will confirm the new setting, and then it will automatically turn
off. When turned on again, temperatures will be shown in Celsius.
5. Repeat the above process to switch it back to °F.
