Temperature Scale The PRO 4000 is shipped with the Fahrenheit temperature scale activated. To switch to Celsius Make sure the thermometer is turned off Press and hold the mem button. After approximately 3 seconds, the display will show: °F/SET/°C/SET… Release the mem button when °C is shown. A short beep will confirm the new setting, and then it will automatically turn off.
