Overview Use a Gigabit Fibre Channel PCI Adapter (Type 4-S) to make high-speed connections between stand-alone system units and storage servers on a Fibre Channel network at speeds up to one Gigabit per second. This adapter requires a PCI 2.1, 32-bit, 33 MHz slot.
