Drawer Slide Removal
Brackets secure both the upper and lower slides
to the cabinet. The brackets are not required to be
removed to change drawer slides. Removing four
3/8 in. hex nuts will separate a slide from a bracket.
Middle slides are connected to a bracket that locks
into the center shelf track. One Philips screw must
be removed to release the locking plate and then
the bracket can be lifted up.
Middle slides can be changed without removing the
middle bracket from the center shelf track.
Four sets of nuts and bolts join the slides to the
brackets. Each slide will rest on two locating pins
which aid installation of the new parts.
Fresh Food Lighting
The LED lighting in the fresh food compartment are
not replaceable by the consumer.
An authorized technician will need to replace the
LED lighting. Nine LED boards illuminate the fresh
food section. The top light shield conceals seven LED
boards and the remaining two are located behind
the fresh food drawers in translucent lenses.
The top light shield snaps into place. To remove the
shield, pull forward and down from the rear of the
light shield.
To remove the translucent lenses for lower LED
boards, press in on the two tabs and then pull down.
