EARPH (Earphone / earpiece).
Troubleshooting:
Phone not charging or wont power on?
When powering up your phone do ensure that the red hang-up / power button is
pressed down and held down for 2-3 seconds to power the phone on.
1. Remove and reinsert the battery to ensure that the battery is fully / properly
seated in the phone
2. Remove the cable from the dock and connect the charging cable directly to
the phone to see if the phone starts to charge and then charges the phone
fully
3. If connecting the cable directly to the phone works check the contacts on the
dock and the phone to ensure that both are clean and clear
