Accidently switching off the phones ringer
To switch on / off the ringer (once the keypad lock has been switched off) press and
hold the bottom right key on the phone keypad for 2-3 seconds - # key. This will
toggle the phone on to the next ringer option.
The cycle will go from GENERAL ring tone to no ring tone (icon will be shown top left
on the phones screen displaying a musical note crossed through when silent is
switched on) and back to standard ring tone (musical note icon shown top left of
screen).
Keypad tones
To change keypad tones i.e. switch off human voice when pressing keypad
numbers:
MENU > SETTINGS > 1.USER PROFILES > Highlight the profile you are using (this
would usually be GENERAL) > Press OPTIONS button (bottom left of screen) >
2.CUSTOMIZE > 1.TONE SETTINGS > 6.KEYPAD
Text message problems & filling up the phone
The phone and SIM card can both save 50 messages, the message will default to
save to phone first, then text messages will auto save to sim card after the phone is
full.
After the phone and SIM card are both full, it will popup "Not enough space" so you
can't receive or send any text messages at this point. If you delete one text
message, then the phone will have one memory capacity which means you can send
or receive one text message again. If you delete all messages, then the phone will
have 50 messages memory for both SIM card and 50 for phone again.
To view phone memory go to MENU > MESSAGE > 5.SMS SETTINGS >
2.MEMORY STATUS
... this will show if the memory is full or how full it is.
If you delete messages that are filling the phone up this will resolve the problem you
are having.
If you run out of space the first place we recommend to go to is OUTBOX and delete
out your old sent messages.
Phones speaker volume not right?
To correct the phones speaker volume when in a call keep pressing the UP arrow on
the keypad to increase phone volume. When you do this you will see an icon on the
phones screen displaying the current volume level.
Speaker phone
When a number has been dialled and the phone is calling or in a call the screen will
display H-FREE at the bottom right of the screen. Pressing the button directly
