7 Operation

7.1 Recharge battery

Fully charged, the battery lasts approximately 8 hours depending on usage conditions.
1. Open the cover from the power input on the bottom of the X4 atom free connect.
2. Plug the power cable into the bottom of the X4 atom free connect.
3. Plug in the plug of the power cable into a power socket.
✓ When the battery is charging, the signal light on the power supply is red.
✓ When the battery has fully charged, the signal light on the power supply is green.

7.2 Switch on the device

Conditions
The battery is charged

Press the on/off switch so that it clicks into place.
✓ After a few seconds, the device is ready for use.

7.3 Establish wireless connection

Conditions
DMX Transmitter LumenRadio CRMS or compatible systems
The X4 atom free connect is switched on
At this time there is no connection to the X4 atom free connect
▶
Press the left button on the DMX transmitter.
✓ The transmitter automatically connects to all receiving devices that are within range.
Disconnect wireless connection
On the X4 atom free connect
1. Open the menu Special.
2. Choose Unlink wireless and confirm with OK.
✓ In Wireless PDA-Menu appears on 00.
✓ The wireless connection is disconnected.
At the DMX transmitter
▶
Choose "unlink all".
✓ The wireless connection is disconnected.
