USB CHARGING

This device provides a 5V/1A power supply for charging a portable 'smart'
device such as a mobile phone, tablet..., etc. when connected to the USB
Charging Port (18) - just plug the 'smart' device to this USB port with a USB
cable (not supplied) – it will be charging whilst connected.
Note: Using the USB charging circuit will cause interference when
listening to the radio. It is therefore advisable to use the charging
function only in CD/Aux or Standby mode, not in Tuner mode, so make
sure there is no USB charging cable connected whilst using the radio.
It is recommended the unit is connected to the mains power for charging an
external audio device.
