General Guidelines

Safety
• Do not exceed the carrying capacity of 800 lbs. Doing so could result in property damage or per-
sonal injury.
• The truck rack adds more weight to your vehicle and raises the center of gravity when loaded. Use
caution when making sharp turns to prevent product damage, cargo loss, or the vehicle from rolling
over.
• Ensure the cab hoop does not come in contact with the truck cab to prevent property damage.
• Use sufficient tie-down straps when transporting cargo on the truck rack (sold separately).
• Not for use with step-side trucks.
• Be sure all nuts and bolts are tight on a regular basis and no foreign objects are preventing the
rack from sitting or working properly.
• Scratches and dents should be inspected to ensure full usability and exposed metal should be
touched up/painted to deter rusting.

  • Page 4 Assembly Step 1. Slide the front bar (D) onto the front bar side rails (B). Step 2. Slide the center bar (E) onto the front side bar rails (B). Step 3. Attach the cab hoop (A) to the front side bar rails (B), securing with M10x65 carriage bolts, washers, and nuts (M).
  • Page 5 Step 5. Slide the rear side rails (C) onto the front side bar rails (B). Connect the sections using the connecting brackets (I), M10x20 carriage bolts, and nuts (N). Step 6. Slide the back legs (G3, G4) onto the rear side rails (C). Note: Tie-down cleats should be facing outward.

    Step 8. Attach the mounting feet (H1-H4) to the legs (G1-G4) using M16x85 bolts, washers, and nuts. Installation The truck rack mounts on pick-up trucks with short or long beds. *Note: Will not work with step-side beds. Step 1. Measure your truck bed and adjust the truck rack legs to the appropriate positions. Step 2.
