Before contacting service personnel, refer to the following instructions to check and correct any
failures.

Underload: The scale is not on a
level surface or a tare value was not
cleared.
Overload: Maximum weighing range
is exceeded.
The batteries are depleted.
The scale is not level.

Corrective Action
Ensure the scale is on a flat surface.
Switch the scale off and on again. If
the error occurs again, please contact
Technical Support at 1-800-638-3722.
Unload the scale, or switch them off
and on again. Check the maximum
weighing range.
Replace the batteries.
Ensure the scale is on a flat surface. If
the error message persists after
realignment, contact your service
provider.
