On/Off WWAN.
H: WWAN is powered on.

L: WWAN is powered off.
It is internally pulled to low.

It is an open drain, active low
signal, used to allow the M.2
card to provide status

system.
WWAN disable function
H: WWAN function is
determined by software AT

L: WWAN function is turned
