12. Don't Use the "Global" Import/Export method to back up the eSF applications and settings. There
is a size limit of 128kb on the export file.
13. Customers with a large number of applications or settings may exceed the file size limit and have
information truncated in the exported file.
14. Once the new System board is installed, follow the same steps as above, however, you will
Import (instead of export) the <filename>.UCF file for each application.

Most of the cable harnesses are routed around these parts. Care needs to be taken that the cables are
routed in their original position, otherwise, damage will occur.

Staging Paper Path Reference Edge

The removal and replacement of the Reference Edge is not complex, however, the procedure for aligning
the staging paper path reference edge is tedious. The procedure consists of:
Printing the Printer Registration page.
Determining if the print is skewed (you will need a metric ruler – See Print Engine Skew
Guidelines in this Study Guide).
Turning the adjustment screw on the reference edge to rotate the page clockwise or anti-
clockwise depending on the direction of the skew.
