    ELECTRIC This unit comes complete with a generous supply of 3 core cable, however should any additional cable be required, the use of an approved waterproof cable connector with a proper rating is essential. A cord rated for less amperes or watts than the appliance rating may overheat.
  • Page 5 Unpack the unit and identify all parts using the parts diagram in this manual. To open the unit, unfasten the 2 buckles that are situated at the front and back of the filter then lift the 2 levers that are attached to the left and right sides of the motor head.

    O-rings It is vital that O-rings are regularly inspected and replaced as the rubber watertight seal will perish over time, which may cause your canister to leak. Before replacing your o-rings, ensure they are well lubricated. Filter Maintenance In general, it is recommended to disconnect your filter and clean the pipes, impeller and filter media monthly.
