5. Using Cat5e/6 cable, connect the transmitter unit's RJ45 port to the
receiver unit's RJ45 port. The green RJ45 LEDs on the transmitter and
receiver units will illuminate to indicate the units are receiving power.
The orange RJ45 LED on the receiver illuminates to indicate the unit is
connected to a powered-on transmitter.
6. Connect the receiver unit's HDMI connector to the monitor's HDMI port.
7. Turn on the power to the HDMI source. The orange RJ45 LED on the
transmitter unit will illuminate to indicate a signal is being received from
the source.
Note: The transmitter unit's USB Micro-B power cable provides sufficient power for
most displays. However, in the event additional power is needed, a USB Micro-B
port is provided on the receiver unit. If no image displays after following the
installation instructions, use the included USB Micro-B cable to connect the receiver
to the monitor's USB port or a USB wall charger.
