Signing Off The Remote Control - Miele DA 3668 Operating And Installation Instructions

Before using for the first time

Signing off the remote control

 Press the run-on control  on the
cooker hood for approx. 10 seconds
until 1 lights up.
 Then press in turn:
– the  control,
– then the  control,
– then the lighting control .
– then the  control to sign off.
2 will light up constantly, 3 will flash on
and off.
After a few seconds 2 and 3 will start
flashing on and off.
 Confirm the signing off procedure on
the cooker hood by pressing the 
run-on control. All the indicator lights
will go out.
 Press the  and  controls on the
remote control at the same time for
about 5 seconds until the LED on the
remote control starts flashing.
 Then press in turn:
– the lighting control ,
– then the  control to sign off.
The remote control LED flashes
regularly.
After approx. 10 seconds, the remote
control LED flashes on and off twice
with a longer gap between the flashes.
The LED will go out after a short while.
The remote control is is now signed off.

Signing on the remote control
A WiFi connection cannot be used at
the same time as the remote control.
 To use the remote control, you must
sign out of the WiFi connection (see
"Signing out of WiFi").
 To sign in the remote control, press
the run-on control  on the cooker
hood for approx. 10 seconds until 1
lights up.
 Then press in turn:
– the  control,
– then the  control,
– then the lighting control ,
– then the  control to sign in.
2 will light up constantly, 3 will flash on
and off.
After a few seconds 2 and 3 will light up
constantly, B will flash on and off.
 Press the  and  buttons on the
remote control at the same time for
about 5 seconds until the LED on the
remote control starts flashing.
 Then press in turn:
– the lighting control ,
– then the  control to sign in.
The search for a wireless connection
will start. The remote control LED
flashes regularly.
After approx. 30 seconds, the remote
control LED flashes on and off four
times with short intervals between the
flashes. The LED will go out after a
short while.
