Trouble Shooting

Prior to contacting customer support center to request product repair, please refer to the
following trouble shooting guidelines.
Problems
RAYCOP does not
operate.
Suction does not seem
to be working properly.
Suction seems weak.
Suction is weaker and
the product makes
abnormal noises.

Possible Cause and Solution
Plug the cord into the socket and verify if the power
button (
) is on and displays red. If the power button
is not on, verify if the plug is firmly plugged into the
socket.
Verify if the power supply is AC 120V 60Hz.
Make sure there is no problem with the electric outlet
by plugging and testing another electronic device.
RAYCOP has some safety features which prevents
damages, or cause safety issue for you or your family.
One of the safety feature is overheating prevention
system when certain scenarios occur, the RAYCOP may
temporarily stop operating, which includes.
1.
When the Dust Box and/or the Dust Box Filter are
extremely clogged. Please ensure the Dust Box is emptied
and cleaned.
2.
When the vacuum suction inlet is blocked by an obstacle
or is clogged.
3.
Vacuum is used for more than 30 minutes, or if the device
is pushed down forcibly onto a surface, and or if the motor
gets overheated.
After unplugging the power cord, clean the Dust Box,
the vacuum suction inlet and wait for approximately
2 hours before using it again (the waiting time may vary
depending on the room temperature.)

In case the Dust Box Filter is clogged or the suction power
becomes weaker
A possible reason could be the protein (skin flakes, etc)
found inside the house dust. To solve this problem, regularly
clean the Dust Box Filter by soaking it in a mixture of water
and detergent (9:1 ratio). Then clean the filter with a soft
brush.

If the Dust Box Filter is too old or if it is damaged.
Replace the Dust Box Filter by purchasing a new one at
www.raycop.com
The product has been designed with a carefully
calibrated suction level to optimize removal of allergens
such as dust mite matters and house dust without
trapping the fabrics in the suction intake.
Please check if the suction intake or the Dust Box is
clogged with house dust, if the air vent is blocked, or
if the Dust Box Filter or the Micro HEPA Filter has
become dirty. (P. 11, 12, 16)
