Fan Motor abnormality

611, 612, 614 61
Only connect and disconnect the connector after the fan has
stopped rotating and then disconnect the electrical power.
(The Circuit Board and Fan Motor may be damaged otherwise.)
Fan Motor is rotating.
YES
NO
Check the voltage to the Fan Motor.
Normal
CN27
1 Between Brown 4 - Blue 2 DC 7 - 45V.

Between Red 1 - Blue 2 DC 10 - 14V.
Abnormal
Check the fan speed.
Normal
CN27 : Ye llow 3 - Blue 2 100 - 400Hz
Compare the data indicated on maintenance monitor # 10 and # 20.
The problem may be due to a cause other than the appliance.
* If the problem does not reappear and only appears on the error code history, it could be due to a cause other than the unit, such as

Please explain this to the customer.
