I/O-board

To remove the system fans:
a
Remove the coin-cell battery cable from the routing guides on the system fans [1].
b Disconnect the system fan cable from the system board [2].
c
Remove the four screws (M2x3) that secure the system fans to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly [3].
d Lift the system fans along with their cable, off the system board [4].
