    Maintenance Maintenance Cleaning Spray Gun With gun pointed down, clean front of gun using a soft-bristle brush and solvent. Fig. 19. Clean gun and cup by hand with compatible solvent or place them in gun washer with trigger held open; cycle washer as necessary to clean gun.

  • Page 18 Service Replacing Air Valve (Kit 243840) Replacing Duckbill Valve (Kit 244135) The air valve (25) cannot be repaired. If it is damaged, the entire piece must be replaced. To remove air valve: If the duckbill valve is worn or broken, replace it with a new one immediately.
