Causes

When the water level goes down, the tub fills automatically.

Check if the water faucet is turned on.
Check if the water supply and the water supply hose are frozen.
Is the water supply cut off?
Check if the connection of the water supply hose is clogged with
dirt. Please refer to "water supply valve filter" on page 26.
