    Lubricants The Sogevac® pumps should be run with vacuum pump oils with a viscosity according to ISO category VG32. Use only the Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum oil indicated on the name plate and pump. In case other oils are used, Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum rejects all responsibility should any trouble occur.
