When safe to do so, open all applicable suction and discharge
isolation valves
STEP 21
Re-connect 24V DC power supply to System
SYSTEM STARTS AUTOMATICALLY
Note: If your electric drive is equipped with
a warm up routine the display will read 'UP'
The routine will automatically transition to
normal operation after a 10 minute cycle
To bypass the warm up routine simply press
either the UP/DOWN arrow
STEP 22
Confirm the suction side of the pump is filled with fluid by
opening the priming valve to check for fluid When the fluid
flows smoothly through the primer (air displaced) close the
priming valve
The FMT Fluid End has been designed to redirect all lost fluid
to a containment area when priming by attaching 1/4" tubing
to the primer valve before opening

CAUTION!

GENERAL SAFETY
Confirm injection rates using a calibrated tank/barrel gauge
to ensure the pump is injecting fluid as expected
