2.3 Laser safety / labeling

The device is designed for use with lasers. Please respect the signs and regulations of DIN EN 60825-1.

2.4 Intended use

The device is intended for driving of a RF-Driver with acusto-optical modulators (AOM). The RF-Driver must be
provided with inputs for the TTL-Signal (input low impedance 50 Ω or up to 10k Ω high impedance).
The device use FC-Fibre connector as Trigger – input for the pulses. For this a fibre coupler can be used which
guides a part of the output light (5 - 10 %) to input. Since an InGaAs-photodiode is built in the wavelength can
be between 1000 nm and 1700 nm.
Please store the manual near to the device and accessible for all users.
Furthermore, please take care that all necessary documents like laser safety regulations or country-
specific safety regulations are present.
