Cleaning the Ozone Cell
Before cleaning the black ozone cell assembly of the V
Generator, make sure the unit is disconnected from the mains
power supply. Do not re-connect the unit to the mains power
supply until the black ozone cell assembly has been fully
reassembled with the six screws and the unit has been
reconnected to a working skimmer or mixer device.
1. To clean the ozone cell when ORP/Redox levels and ozone
output have diminished due to dust and other contaminants
in the cell, undo the 6 screws that retain the black ozone
cell cooling system, using the screwdriver supplied.
2. Once all 6 screws have been removed, place the V
Generator on a table and carefully remove the black cell
assembly so that it lies on the table adjacent to the case
with the white ceramic side facing up (see fig 3). Be careful
not to pull or damage the cooling fan wires.

3. Wipe both the ceramic surfaces with the lint free cleaning
cloth provided. Do not use water to clean the ceramic. If
you need to use a wet cloth, use only medicinal alcohol
from your local chemist. Please Note: yellowing of the
ceramic surfaces is normal.
