6. T roubleshooting
Should problems arise with the use of the FSG200 review the following chart . Find the fault and complete the
recommended solution . If the fault is not found and/or the solution does not correct the problem, contact
your local authorised dealer for service immediately .
Fault
Visually the system is not aligned

Feet are slipping after installation
The AdjustableTrack does not sit
properly on the Support Posts.
The Adjustable Track doesn't
extend smoothly or doesn't
extend up to required limit.
Trolley does not move smoothly
along the adjustable track.
The Adjustable Track is not

Reason
1. Floor is not level.

Recommended Solution
1.The Feet must be sitting completely flat on the
floor.
2. Dismantle the post and set up again
following "Assembly Instructions". If problem
persists, contact your local Authorised dealer
immediately.
Note: Make sure the Adjustable Track is
seating completely flat on the track holder.
1. Clean the feet.
2. Ensure floor area is dry and free of obstacles.
If problem persists, contact your local authorised
