LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY ON BABYBJÖRN BABY CARRIER ONE
BABYBJÖRN INC. ("WE" OR "US") EXTENDS THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ONLY TO THE CONSUMER WHO ORIGINALLY PURCHASED
THIS PRODUCT ("YOU").
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Legal rights
may also vary from province to province.
This limited warranty starts on the date you purchase the product and lasts as long as you own the product and requires a proof of
purchase to be effective. It covers defects in original materials, design, and workmanship. Your sole remedies for any product found
to be defective consist of the repair and/or replacement of the product. This limited warranty does not cover any defects caused
by improper use, failure to follow instructions, modification, unauthorized repair, accident, neglect, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
To obtain warranty service or to report a product defect, please contact us in writing at 81 Prospect Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, by
phone at (866) 424-0200 or by email as care@babybjorn.com.
If we determine that the product is defective, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair or replace the product at our expense. We
will pay for shipping fees to return the repaired or replaced product to you. Determination of defects shall be made in accordance
with procedures we establish.
THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES
EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE
LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.
