My BRUv36 cuts out after 5 seconds of staring up. What could be the issue? One battery is full the other half full.

The issue may be caused by an imbalance between the two batteries. The Bushranger BRU36v9601 likely requires both batteries to have similar charge levels to function properly. If one battery is full and the other is only half-full, the voltage difference could trigger a safety mechanism that shuts the mower off.

To fix this issue, try the following steps:
1. Fully charge both batteries before use.
2. Swap battery positions and check if the issue persists.
3. Inspect the battery terminals for dirt or corrosion and clean them if necessary.
4. Ensure the batteries are properly seated in their slots.
5. If the problem continues, test the mower with two fully charged batteries of the same type and capacity.

If the mower still cuts out, there may be a fault with one of the batteries or the mower’s power management system. In that case, consider testing with a different pair of batteries or contacting the manufacturer for further troubleshooting.
