    SECTION 1 INTRODUCTION 1.1 DESCRIPTION The Stoelting O111-I2F counter-top machines are gravity fed. The machines are equipped with the IntelliTec2™ control which provides a uniform product. The machines are designed to operate with almost any type of com- mercial soft serve or non-dairy mixes available, including: ice milk, ice cream, yogurt, and frozen dietary desserts.
