Removing the PCIe Heatsink fan assembly

Follow the procedure in

Remove the:

Batteries
b
Bottom chassis cover

Disconnect the fan cable [1] from the system board.

Remove the seven 'M2.5*5' screws [2] from the heat sink pipe and loosen the three captive screws from fan case [3].

Remove the PCIe heatsink fan assembly from the computer [4].
Installing the PCIe heatsink fan assembly
1
Install the PCIe heatsink fan assembly [1] in the chassis and tighten the three captive screws [2] on the fan case.

Install the seven 'M2.5' screws [3] on the heat sink pipe and connect the fan cable [4].
