Manually specify an operator. Refer also to *NETOP.

mode=0 : Automatic ‐ any affiliated carrier [default].
•
mode=1 : Manual ‐ use only the operator <oper> specified.
•
mode=4 : Manual/Automatic ‐ if manual selection fails,
goes to automatic mode.
•
format=0 : Alphanumeric (ʺnameʺ) (G3x10 must use this
format).
