When you call a meeting from RSOnline to start recording, the call direction
is "caller."
Note
File names during recording are determined by a naming rule and cannot be specified.

Stop Recording Meetings via RSOnline

Access RSOnline.

Click [Recording Setting].
The [Recording Setting] screen appears.

In the recording status list, select the recording session of the meeting that
you want to stop recording.
The selected item is highlighted in blue, and the [Stop] button appears.

Click [Stop].
Recording sessions started by other users will also appear on the recording
session monitor, so pay close attention when selecting a meeting from the
list.
When recording is stopped, the recording session for the corresponding
meeting is deleted from the list.
Hint
Recording will stop automatically when the HD RECORDING SERVER exits the
meeting.

Recording Meetings via VCOnline

Call the HD RECORDING SERVER to a specified meeting via the VCOnline
monitor page to start recording using this method.
This method for recording can only be performed by users with administrator
privileges for accessing VCOnline.
