address for the meeting in the entry field.

Click the [Start] button.
When recording starts, information on the called meeting is displayed in a
list on the monitor used for viewing recording sessions. If it is not
displayed, the meeting has not been called properly. Check the information
entered in step 2 in such cases.
Note
When recording a meeting, the HD RECORDING SERVER connects to the meeting as
one of its participants.
As a result, proper recording may not be possible under some conditions.
• Recording will not start if the access permission for a meeting is not granted or if the
maximum number of participants for the meeting will be exceeded by calling the HD
RECORDING SERVER.
• When the HD RECORDING SERVER is registered as a user, recording will start but
only the audio will be recorded if the [Max Bandwidth] setting in the registered user
information does not meet any of the bandwidths in a mixed-speed connection or if a
video codec that is not supported by the HD RECORDING SERVER is being used.
• If an audio codec that is not supported by the HD RECORDING SERVER is being
used, recording will start but only the video will be recorded.
• If both the video codec and audio codec are not supported by the HD RECORDING
SERVER, recording will start but a recording file will not be created.
