Note:
• When the phone book cannot be transferred, "Transfer Failed" will be displayed.
The probable reasons may be as follows: The receiver's phone does not support
"Transfer" function; the receiver's phone is not under "Transfer" mode; the
sender's phone book has more functions than that of the receiver or the signal is
interrupted.
• After "Transfer Failed" is displayed it is followed by, "Continue?" . If you want
to continue with the transferring, press
will continue from the interrupted stage; if you do not want to connect, press
select "Disconnect".
• If you use UT618 phone to transfer email addresses in the phone book to UTS 708-
UT88, the addresses will be saved into the phone book of UTS 708-UT88. The
phone categories such as regular phone or office number set by UT618 will be set
as "none" in UTS 708-UT88. Air Info address transferred from UT 618 will not be
saved in UTS 708-UT88.
• If you use UTS 708-UT88 phone to transfer Air Info addresses or email address in
the phone book, the addresses will be saved into the phone book of UT618. The
phone categories such as favorite call, regular phone or office number set by UTS
708-UT88 will be set as "none" in UT618. Air Info address transferred from UTS
708-UT88 will not be transferred to UT618.
• The secret phone number can be transferred from UTS 708-UT88 to UT618, but it
cannot be transferred from UT618 to UTS 708-UT88.
• Secret phone number cannot be transferred between UTS 718-U/U+ phones and
UT618 phones.
• When you transfer a phone book record that contains phone number or email
address but no name to UTS 718-U/U+ phone, the data will be saved but it will not
be displayed while carrying out a search. You can select the data and press
display the content.

Transferring All Phone Book Data

• You can transfer all phone book data to the phones in the same group as yours.

the items are grayed out and cannot be selected.
